Sunset Ridge Apartments

This large 106,000 square foot apartment, located in Minnetonka, MN, featured 4 stories of wood framing on 1 story of precast concrete plank/beams/columns.  The underground parking even extended beyond the exterior wall to increase the number of parking stalls.  A systematic approach to the shear wall design helped achieve the cost-effective design the owner was looking for.
