Blaine Retail

(Steak Escape, Planet Smoothie and Micholandia Ice Cream and Tacos)
In collaboration with GCM Construction and Thielen and Green Architecture, the Blaine Retail project was a ground-up project that houses Steak Escape and Planet Smoothie restaurants. The design utilizes Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the walls, with wood roof trusses and steel framing.
