Aspen Dental

Located in St. Paul, this retail facility houses Aspen Dental as its primary tenant.  This was a steel framed building where we were able to reduce construction costs and ensure a smooth process for the contractor due to a comprehensive set of drawings and hands-on coordination during construction.
