Oak Terrace Assisted Living Facility

This assisted living facility is a two-story wood-framed structure, with a partial basement.  Panelized wall systems were used to simplify the construction for the contractor, and reduce field costs.  Extra care in coordination was necessary to ensure proper anchorage and to ensure shear walls were constructed and installed correctly.
